Davidson Housing Coalition is involved in a number of programs designed to help individuals and families.

All Homebuyer Education workshops and one-on-one financial literacy counseling sessions are offered to anyone in need of such services. Minimal fees apply to assist DHC with program expenses.

While planning for their eventual purchase of a home, DHC allows families with more extensive credit or financial concerns to lease the property for a period of time to prepare for home purchase with DHC’s Financial and Housing Counselor.

HAMMERS is an emergency home repair program available to area residents in need of help to make their home safe and livable.

SHARE is a community program designed to give local residents access to job search  resources that would otherwise be unavailable. DHC’s counselor helps clients apply for jobs, create or edit resumes, and prepare for interviews.
