We upload the latest copy of our 990 each year when we file it with the IRS. The filing covers our most recent complete FISCAL year, which runs July to June. For that reason, the form YEAR indicated in the top right corner is always a year behind our fiscal year. For instance, if the most recent audited and filed fiscal year ended in June 2025, the form will carry a year label of 2024. The new form is uploaded by May 15 of the NEXT year. (In the example, the 990 would be uploaded and available on this site by May 15, 2026. Yes, it’s confusing to us too.)
